I found this clinica very helpful, especially when I am so unwell for more than a month and used NHS system and been 5 times with ambulance to different hospitals in east London. I know Dr Carmen Corcoz since last year and yesterday I booked an appointment with her. My husband was so impressed how she explained to us everything and advised me what to do. I had blood test and discovered insufficient of Vit D. I am waiting to receive prescription and discuss with doctor.
It's always hard to get good information about doctors because it's such a personal thing. Some people have great experiences and rate 5 stars, and others don't, although they deal with the same staff. I've taken my child to this clinic 4 or 5 times and I've always had good experiences. The doctor takes good notes and can go back and discuss the history of treatements. They also have same day appointments available and they work on a Saturday too. I have a high opinion and respect for the doctor. She is always attentive, provides good advise and takes time to listen to you. I've recommended this clinic to a few of my friends, and they all had good experiences too. I also like that we always see the same doctor, which is how it should be. The doctor already knows us and we know her which increases the level of assurance and trust.
The first time I called the services of this clinic was 2 months ago. The treatment prescribed by Dr. Tatiana Bezuglowa solved the problem I had been struggling with for 4 years. I want to thank her for restoring my confidence. She is qualified specialist, I was very satisfied with the service and I recommend with confidence. The staff is also friendly and polite.
